We are looking for an enthusiastic and service-oriented Dental Assistant & Receptionist to join our dental practice. This unique role combines both administrative and supportive tasks, making you a central figure in ensuring the smooth operation of our practice and excellent patient care.

Job Description and Responsibilities:

As a Dental Assistant & Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for our patients and provide support to the dental team. Your tasks will be diverse and include:

• Handling administrative tasks, such as managing patient records and documents;
• Reviewing consent forms and health questionnaires;
• Maintaining a tidy and organized reception area;
• Supporting the dental team with various administrative tasks;
• Ensuring compliance clinic protocols.
• Assistant Duties:
• Assisting dentists during treatments;
• Preparing treatment rooms and sterilizing instruments;
• Performing basic tasks such as taking X-rays and impressions;
• Supporting patient education and aftercare instructions;
• Assisting with scheduling appointments and daily clinic routines.

Job Qualifications:

• Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a dental or medical setting;
• Knowledge of dental terminology and procedures;
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written;
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail;
• Professional appearance and customer-focused attitude;
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook);
• Flexible, stress-resistant, and able to work in a dynamic environment;
